Common questions about licensing.
How is ScadaHud licensed?
Licensing is tied to identifiable hardware, not seats, not tags, not screens. You pay for the platform.
Are there per-tag fees?
No. Tag count is bounded by what your hardware can serve. We do not charge per tag, per client connection or per mimic screen.
Is the 3D Digital Twin a separate product?
No. The Digital Twin module is included in the Plant and Enterprise tiers and shares the same tag database as the rest of the platform.
Can we run on-premise without internet access?
Yes. ScadaHud is on-premise first and air-gap compatible. Licensing activation can be performed offline.
Do you offer trial licenses?
Yes, request a trial through the contact form and our team will issue a time-limited license tied to your evaluation hardware.
Is there an integrator program?
Yes. System integrators receive partner pricing, technical training and white-label options. Get in touch for partner program details.
